Wearing a safety helmet correctly
Although traffic regulations do not currently require the use of helmets for cycling, it is recommended that cyclists develop the habit of wearing helmets.
Before wearing a safety helmet, it should be selected by the government for inspection and appropriate size.
Adjust the rear knob so that the tightness should be comfortable but not loose.
Fix the two side adjustment buckles under the earlobe to avoid shaking or falling off.
Fasten the button to keep it comfortable and not loose.
The front edge of the helmet should be pressed down to align with the eyebrows to ensure that the forehead is protected.
